One ecosystem.
Your possibilities.
We are building Nexus: a personal Ilaria model on every eligible device, checked by Swyp and governed by SwypikOS — delivered through Swypik, the European super-app.
One ecosystem. Your possibilities.
Your Swypik universe.
Your apps, your workspace, Ilaria. Together at last.
Three layers · one system
From the feed
to the kernel.
Most companies rent their AI and their platform. We are building ours — and making every layer verify the one above it.
Swypik.
What people touch: a video-first super-app — discover, shop, ride, eat, travel, watch, listen and message with one account.
Ilaria.
Our own native AI, designed to be trained from scratch: a ternary 1.58-bit model family designed to live on every device as one learning network — Myriad.
SwypikOS.
Our own operating system, where AI proposes and the machine decides — from its own desktop down to a first-party capability kernel.
The super-app, in one scroll
One swipe starts everything.
Discover, buy, talk and move — without ever switching apps. Each step below is a real module, labelled with the honest state of its code.
- 01 · Discover
It starts with a swipe.
Short videos from creators and local shops. Every product you see in a clip is one tap away — no links, no tabs, no hunting.
SwypikLive on web - 02 · Buy in the moment
The product slides over the video.
Price, sizes, seller rating and delivery estimate open on top of the clip. The video keeps playing; you never leave the moment.
ShopBeta - 03 · Check out once
One account. One checkout.
Your address, payment and order history live in a single Swypik account, shared by every module in the ecosystem.
ShopBeta - 04 · Share & talk
Send it to a friend, ask the seller.
Swypik Messenger carries products, rides and orders inside the conversation — chats and calls without sharing your phone number.
Swypik MessengerBuilt · launch-gated - 05 · Then go
Ride across the city, same app.
Swypik Go books a ride with the same account and wallet. Food, stays and flights follow the same pattern.
Swypik GoBeta
Engineering you can verify
Numbers from engineering,
not from a slide.
We share what our engineering validates in reproducible benchmarks — and label everything else as roadmap. Proprietary technology built to earn trust.
Nexus
AI that proposes.
A system that proves.
Ilaria never gets ambient authority. Every action becomes a typed plan, is verified by Swyp and runs on SwypikOS only through explicit, revocable capabilities.

- 04Evidence is checkedIlaria independently verifies what happened.
An intelligence of your own,
on every eligible device.
The target: each eligible device hosts its own Ilaria IMC-1B cell — 1 billion parameters, to be trained from scratch (pretraining has not started) — that gathers experience, builds skills and cooperates with verified experts across Myriad.
- 01
Genesis base.
One approved IMC checkpoint (target), to be trained from scratch once pretraining runs, with the canonical tokenizer and runtime. Installing never restarts pretraining.
- 02
Personal instance.
Its own identity, version, lineage and memory. Target: on eligible devices the full IMC-1B runs locally, offline functions included.
- 03
Controlled learning.
Approved experience feeds memory and adaptation candidates. Candidates never touch the active version or global weights directly.
- 04
Earned specialty.
A cell can become an expert in code, reasoning, devices or commerce — but only by passing evaluation. Installing does not make an expert.
- 05
Selective cooperation.
Myriad routes a request to useful verified experts within a fixed budget, respecting consent, data policy and provenance.
- 06
Consolidation & rollback.
An accepted improvement gets an identifiable checkpoint and a durable log. A rejected update leaves the active version valid.
Myriad · gates before promotion
Experts earn the role.
The network has to beat them.
Statuses are won with evidence. Thresholds, datasets and budgets are frozen before any result exists — and a rejected update never changes the active model.
How Myriad works- ≥ 10%relative gain in the specialty
- and at most 2 pp general regression, before an expert is promoted
- > 0NetworkGain over the best single expert
- same suite, same compute, time and communication budget, several seeds
- 20+fixed action scenarios through Swyp and SwypikOS
- success, refusal, cancel, budget, replay, restart — zero out-of-scope effects
- 2+physical machines for real peer-to-peer
- accepted and rejected rounds, interruption, refused replay, revocation, rollback
Milestones · in order of decision
What we will prove,
and how you will know.
Seven milestones, each with a pass condition. Workstreams move in parallel, but nothing is promoted until its gate is met.
- M0Common baselineSources and status reconciled, shared contracts, product owners and reproducible gates.
- M1IMC qualified at pilot scale125M with qualified tokenizer and data, full-precision vs ternary, frozen evaluations, measured utility.
- M2Learning and expertsAdaptation, promotion and rollback on real models; at least four specialists; NetworkGain measured on two machines.
- M3IMC-1B and local runtime125M → 250M → 500M → 1B through gates; Genesis IMC-1B promoted with full packed inference.
- M4Mobile participationAndroid and iPhone builds; local IMC-1B where eligible; memory, adaptation, consent and budgets validated.
- M5Swypik / Nexus Pilot v1Full seller–creator–buyer loop in a sandbox, a useful Ilaria task executed from the UI, then an authorised pilot.
- M6Expansion on evidenceMore devices and experts, quality and cost curves, outage and adversarial testing, new commerce verticals.

Not claimed today. IMC-1B, training on phones, a public Myriad network and a general-purpose SwypikOS release are targets. The SwypikOS kernel seed is validated in QEMU only, not yet on physical hardware, and its base architecture is not yet decided. No crypto. Personal memory stays on the device unless its owner chooses otherwise.
Built in Europe, for Europe
Romania first.
Then CEE. Then the EU.
There is no local, EU-compliant equivalent of video commerce super-apps for Romanian and CEE consumers, creators and small sellers. Swypik is built for that gap — with consumer law, GDPR and European data residency designed in, not bolted on.

FAQ
Straight answers.
No vaporware copy.
Will Ilaria run on my phone?
That is the goal: the full IMC-1B running locally on every device we declare eligible. Eligibility is measured — total RAM, storage, p95 latency, temperature and energy — not assumed from installing the app. Taking part in compute is optional and separate from consent to use your data; conversations, gallery and personal memory are never exported for training by default. Today IMC-1B is a production target, not a shipped model.
Is Swypik available today?
The Swypik web product is running at swypik.com. Modules are rolled out in stages and every one is labelled with the real state of its code — Live, Beta, Built, In development or Roadmap. The native mobile app is a private pilot and is not yet in the app stores.
What is Ilaria?
Ilaria is our own AI: the IMC model family (125M to 1B parameters), designed to be trained from scratch with native ternary 1.58-bit weights, designed to run on-device and learn as a verified distributed network called Myriad. The architecture, training pipeline and promotion gates are built; no IMC model has been pretrained yet — collecting the training corpus is the current step. We do not present Ilaria as a replacement for frontier cloud models.
Is SwypikOS a full operating system today?
It is an operating system in the making, not an app you install on another OS. Our first-party kernel seed boots via UEFI and passes its expected outcomes in QEMU (emulation only); the desktop, the Ilaria agent and search are built and tested. It is not yet on physical hardware or ready for everyday use — we label each stage honestly.
What is Nexus?
Nexus is how the pieces fit: Ilaria proposes typed plans, Swyp verifies them against contracts and effects, and SwypikOS executes them only through explicit capabilities, signing receipts that Ilaria checks. AI that proposes, a system that proves.
Do you sell my data?
No. The early-access form collects only your email to contact you about Swypik. Ilaria’s personal memory is designed to stay local by default.
